This feel good classic, follows the blossoming love of Danny & Sandy as the go against the high school ecosystem to be together, with its share of highs & lows. Definitely a movie to watch when you feel the need to have a sing along!

Like you Need a Cry - It’s a Wonderful Life
This 1946 film is a favourite at Christmas time, and after watching it, you’ll understand why. James Stewart perfectly portrays the main character of George Bailey, who has given up his dreams to help others. Helped by his guardian angel, Bailey realises the importance of his impact on others. Definitely a tear-jerker!

Like you Want to be Scared - Psycho
Psycho is a psychological horror thriller, directed & produced by Alfred Hitchcock in 1960, and despite it’s age is still able to horrify viewers! It was nominated for 4 academy awards and we can see why. Definitely one to watch if life isn’t scary enough for you, and you need a fright!

Nostalgic - The Wizard of Oz
The Wizard of Oz is a movie for a lot of us that we’d automatically associate with our childhoods, and is still a good watch as we’ve gotten older. The bright technicolour mixed with the fantasy of the story makes for a great classic film to watch for a bit of escapism!

Like you Need a Laugh - The Producers
This satirical black comedy follows a theatre producer, Max Bialystock and his accountant, Leo Bloom who decide to stage the worst stage musical they can possibly create as part of a scam. The Producers won an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay, and it is well worth the watch (or rewatch)!
